Warranty

Starting from the day of commissioning of the subject matter of the agreement, the Contractor bears responsibility under warranty and indemnity.

The contractor grants a warranty of 36 months for general construction works, which does not cover damage resulting from normal use nor wear and tear of building fittings and fixtures.

The warranty for the building structure is granted for the period of 10 years.

In the case of equipment and elements covered by the warranty granted by the manufacturer, the supplier or the importer, the warranty granted by the Company should comply with the above-mentioned warranties.
