Technology

The technology used for construction of wooden houses is applied in the modern production process, which is mainly based on natural materials, such as wood, chipboard, mineral wool and gypsum-cardboard boards.
The load-bearing structure of the house is a frame consisting of timber poles and beams, which are assembled by means of nails, glue or special joints. The frame structure of the house is made of previously prepared pine logs or logs of other coniferous trees of a C24 class.
The frame is mounted on the continuous footing or on the foundation slab with thermal insulation which is protected from humidity. The main frame consists of smaller frames constructed from small poles with axial spacing of app. 50-60 cm as well as horizontal transoms and transverse diagonals, which serve for stiffening of the construction of a C24 class.
